CANCELLATION/PICKUP POLICY
In the event that you need to cancel your online order, please notify us within 1 hour of purchase for a partial refund. Otherwise services will be rendered as agreed. No refunds, only credit towards a future purchase(s) if applicable.

All orders placed online are ready for next day pickup. We are not responsible for any damages that may occur after pickup. Failure to pickup in 3 business days (Mon-Sat) will result in a "lost order". Your items will not be available for pickup or eligible for a refund.
BULK PURCHASES
Looking to celebrate with cakepops for your next event? We've got you covered! Cakepops can be purchased by the 100-count and are available in select flavors. They can be personalized with edible images, such as a company logo or personal photo! Each 100-count is limited to 1 design and 1 flavor. Flavor options: Vanilla, Birthday and Chocolate.
