After placing an online order, how fast can I pickup?

Order by 1PM for same day pickup! Failure to pickup in 3 business days (Mon-Sat) will result in a "lost order". Your items will not be available for pickup or eligible for a refund.

Can I cancel my order?

Yes, please notify us within 1 hour of purchase for a partial refund at cakepoplainvoices@gmail.com. Otherwise services will be rendered as agreed. No refunds, only credit towards a future purchase(s) if applicable.

Can I reschedule pickup for another day?

Please notify us within 1 hour of purchase to reschedule a future pickup date up to 1 month from original pickup.   

​

My cakepops were damaged in transit. Can you fix them?

We are not responsible for any damages that may occur after pickup.  

​

What is the best way to store my cakepops?

Cakepops are best stored at room temperature (68- 74°F) and away from sunlight. Need them for a later date? You can store them in the refrigerator for up to 3 weeks.

Can I order custom treats through your online shop?

All custom orders must be placed through our Inquiry Form. This is to ensure we have an accurate picture of what you'd like to order.

If I am unable to pick up my order, can I send someone else?

Yes! We ask that you let us know prior to pick up and provide us with their name at cakepoplainvoices@gmail.com.

After I've filled out the Inquiry Form, when will I be contacted?

We will contact you within 48hrs.

Do you offer gluten free and/or vegan options?

We do not offer gluten free or vegan options.

Do you ship?

We are pick up only, located in East Hollywood.
